Payment for roofing services
Payment for roofing work is required in three stages:

20% deposit
-
50% stage payment once scaffolding is in place and works commence.

30% on completion to standard.

The final payment should be made before scaffold comes down so that AAA can activate a “job complete” notice to scaffolders when all parties are happy works are complete and paid.

Any dates provided by AAA Roofing are estimated fitting dates and are subject to change due to weather conditions, unforeseen additional work needed on previous jobs, or sometimes factors completely out of our control. We would like to encourage you to call the office regularly to check your estimated fitting date. We will, however, call you the day before we are due to arrive on-site so there are no surprises.

We may carry out further cleaning at a later date.

Should works or scaffold interfere with your satellite or TV signal, an optional subcontracted service can be arranged by AAA Roofing to enable a temporary signal and then restoration of your services after work is complete for £200.

When roofing and building works are being carried out, movement during the procedure may cause minor damage to internal ceilings. Existing nails may “pop” or cracks may appear. In the event of this minor damage, AAA Roofing is not responsible for filling and decorating. However, any significant or accidental damage is covered by our insurance and will be remedied by AAA Roofing.

When installing flat roofs, AAA cannot be held responsible for the existing roof structure causing “standing water”. All of our flat roof systems are waterproof and able to withstand standing water for at least the period of the warranty. Clients may have the option to pay for additional joinery to upgrade the existing structure so that a drainage fall is created.

When carrying out work on your roof, we take care to minimise dust and debris in your loft. However, we strongly advise you to remove or cover any valuable items.
